    Date Sweetened

    I love Date Sweetened desserts because they're naturally sweet without all the added sugars.  Medjool dates are my favorite as they're soft, plump and have a caramel like texture and they're super easy to use in Energy Balls, Mini Cheesecakes, Chocolate Cake, Muffins, and Truffles.

    My favorite date sweetened dessert?  I have two.... Chocolate Covered Date Snickers and my Oat Flour Banana Bread.
