These clean eating refined sugar free Date Free Bliss Balls are the perfect easy and healthy snack .  A little bit sweet, a little bit salty, smooth on the inside with shards of coconut for texture on the outside.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Cashew Nut Butter
  • ¼ cup Hazelnut meal
  • ¼ cup Raw Honey
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined
  • Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes to firm up
  • Roll into 14 balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
